This website is operated by TBDuB Enterprise, LLC doing business as Jacksboro Services (“we”, “us”), a service-area contractor based in Jacksboro, Texas.
Using this website
The content here is provided for general information. Cost ranges, methods, timelines and regulatory notes are written from our experience working in North Texas and are not a quote, a warranty, or legal or engineering advice. Conditions on your specific property will differ. Nothing on this site creates a contract between us.
Estimates and work
- On-site estimates are free and carry no obligation.
- A written estimate is valid for the scope and conditions described in it. If conditions change materially once work begins — rock, buried obstructions, weather damage, a change you ask for — we will stop and discuss it with you before continuing.
- Scheduling in this line of work depends on weather and ground conditions. We will keep you informed rather than leave you guessing.
Work we do not perform
We do not perform electrical work, plumbing work, or on-site sewage facility (septic) installation, repair, pumping or inspection. Those are licensed trades in Texas and we hold none of those licences. Where a project requires any of them, that portion is performed by a separately licensed professional engaged by you. We will tell you clearly which parts of a job are ours and which are not, and we are not paid for referrals.
How we operate
Jacksboro Services is a service-area business. We travel to the customer's property. We do not operate a yard, shop or premises open to the public, and we do not accept equipment dropped off. Equipment repair and welding are performed as mobile field service.
Utility locates
Texas law requires underground utilities to be located before excavation. We will place 811 requests for work we perform. Private, unrecorded lines installed by an owner or previous owner are not covered by 811, and you are responsible for telling us about any you know of or suspect.
Property access and site conditions
You confirm that you own the property or are authorised to have work done on it, that you have identified boundaries, and that you have marked anything you want preserved — trees, fence, wells, improvements, buried lines. Please tell us before work starts rather than after.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written estimate. Where a job is invoiced in stages, each stage is due as described there.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Texas law, our liability arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Communications
Contacting us through this website or by phone means we may reply by phone, text or email about your enquiry. If we text you, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We do not sell your contact information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Jack County, Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version.
