This website is operated by TBDuB Enterprise, LLC doing business as Jacksboro Services (“we”, “us”), a service-area contractor based in Jacksboro, Texas.
The short version
We collect the information you send us so we can quote and do your work. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We keep it only as long as we have a reason to.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, the location of the property, and whatever you tell us about the job — through our form, by email, by text or on the phone.
- Basic technical information. Our host records standard web server data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking or advertising scripts.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a site visit.
- To prepare an estimate and, if you hire us, to carry out and invoice the work.
- To keep records of work performed.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work or run the business:
- Licensed trades we bring in. If your job needs a licensed electrician, plumber or septic installer — and you ask us to put you in touch with one — we may pass on your name, contact details and the details of the job so they can help you.
- Service providers. Our website host, email provider and any tools we use to manage enquiries and invoicing, acting on our instructions.
- Where the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your enquiry or your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a reasonable period in case you come back to us, then deleted. Records of completed work are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 940-567-8111 or email info@jacksboroservices.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
